Hi Ladies!

This is perfect timing for a new challenge! Now that my baby is almost 12 weeks old, I am ready to begin again. I love having each other for support (and healthy competition) ;) Crazy how one year ago, i just found out i was pregnant, and was living in our home away from home. Hawaii. Now that I am in Arizona, I would love to do a girls activity with anyone part of this group. Anyone up for some Line Dancing at a local restaurant? who said you couldnt be active and still have fun. Cant wait to begin!

CHALLENGE GUIDELINES

*This challenge will last 12 weeks:

Date: February 21, 2012 - May 20, 2012 (90 days!)

FREE DAYS *holidays:

March 17th: St. Patrick's Day

April 6th: Good Friday

April 8th: Easter

May 13th: Mother's Day

To sign up... email me @ cassidybrenae@gmail.com saying you are commited, and ready to start a change. have subject 90 day challenge.

*Everyone that wants to participate pays $15.

Half of the "bank" will go to weekly awards.

*1st place per week will receive $10 giftcard from Ross, Walmart, or Target. (we'll vote). 2nd place will receive $5 giftcard.

1st place/week will be based on the person with the most points for that week. You can only win once per placement.

2nd place will be based on the most improved from the week before to that current week. you can only win once.

*Ultimate winner: 1st place will receive 80% of the "rest of the bank", and 2nd place will receive 15% , and 3rd will receive 5%. If there is a tie, it will be divided equally for that placement. *If there are three or more 1st place winners, all of it will be equally divided among those who tied.

*remember: more the participants... more winnings! so spread the word!

-There are 12 possible points a day. You get 1 point for each wellness guideline you accomplish. Your weekly goal is 84 points.

-FREE POINTS: You only get ONE FREE POINT IN EACH CATEGORY, each week. For ex: One day a week you could choose to skip exercising, but you would still get the point- if you miss it only once for the week. This is the same for each category. or you might choose to just have one FREE day! However, these are not roll-over points. UN-used free points will be lost at the end of each week.

-Wellness week is Monday through Sunday

-Points earned each week MUST be reported via email EVERY sunday to : cassidybrenae@gmail.com

- Every Monday i will post weekly points on the website. Get your points to me on time! no internet? let me know by text. (801) 888-3499

-EXCEPTIONS!

-Birthdays are free or choose a free day if your birthday is not during this time.

- you are allowed 3 sick days (if you are truly sick) when you CANT PHYSICALLY MOVE to exercise or follow water/veggie/fruit rule. (when you CANNOT eat)

- FREE points: Holidays during the two months. I will post when a Holiday is coming up.

WELLNESS CHALLENGE

REMEMBER ALL THE POINTS ARE ON AN HONOR SYSTEM ♥ BE HONEST

1. Drink 64 ounces of water daily (8 glasses of water)

2. 45 minutes of exercise (doesnt have to be consecutive, but i would suggest to get the most out of your exercise... to do it all together.) *HOUSE WORK DOESNT COUNT. you have aside time to be active EX: workout video, walk with your kids,

3. No soda or Alcohol

4. No SWEETS (ex: desserts, pastries, sugary snacks, or SUGARY cereals)
*sugar free alt. are ok

No FAST FOOD (includes restaurants with unhealthy choices!), No UNHEALTHY snacks (ex: chips)

5.Consume 2 servings of fruits and 2 servings of veggies

6.Dont eat after 8 PM

7. Read 15 minutes of spiritual reading or uplifting text

8. Write in your journal

9. Express specific Appreciation, service, love, or praise to another person

10. Personal goal- each week make a personal goal to be able to accomplish each day (ex: read to kids, organize closet doing a little each day, get 8 hours of sleep, etc...)

EXTRA POINTS:

(2 more ways you can earn points)

11. Daily Sunshine and fresh air for at least 20 min.

12. Early to rise
(up BEFORE 7:30am)

*you can earn up to 12 points daily

** ONE free point per area, per week.... for ex: only one day with sweets a week, only one day without exercise, one late night snack per week.... or just have one whole day free per week.
